Hey guys 🙂 I’m sorry I didn’t post last week. I was having a real mental block about what to write about, so I took some time away from the blog world and got myself prepped and preened for my first ever group photoshoot right here on Skye!

Group shoots are a weird set up – one photographer shoots you and the rest stand and watch and chat away to you. Great fun, but very alien when you first try it! On Wednesday morning I drove in the snow up to Carbost to shoot with 4 photographers who’d travelled up from England to snap the beautiful Skye landscapes, and little old me! We did some beauty/portrait work indoors first, and then I braved the snow and raw wind in an evening dress and my wellies, and we headed out onto a hill for some more fashion based work.

I had the best time; the guys were all lovely, hilarious, and super professional. The images I’m getting back are looking amazing and make me super proud of how we all worked as a group to produce them. So this week I thought I would share a wee gallery of the few images I’ve had back already. In one of them, you can really see the snow starting to fall! Hope you all enjoy 🙂
